Anthony oversees the digital backbone that strengthens accountability, supports timely communication, helps surface risks early, and gives clients greater confidence throughout their building journey.

Martin is a seasoned construction professional with over ten years of experience managing residential, commercial, institutional, and civil works projects from planning through to completion.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction and a Certificate in Project Management. His expertise includes project planning, site supervision, construction design coordination, cost estimation, budget management, quality control, contract administration, finishing works, and stakeholder coordination.

Martin brings disciplined leadership and practical site knowledge to every assignment, with a clear focus on quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery. At BackHome, he leads project execution and coordination to ensure clients receive well-managed, accountable, and professionally delivered construction solutions.

Alex is a registered physical planner with the Planners Registration Board and holds a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He brings strong expertise in physical planning, land-use planning, development control, and county planning compliance.

His role includes guiding projects to ensure that proposed developments conform to zoning requirements, land-use policies, development plans, and county planning regulations. He helps identify planning considerations early so that projects are better aligned with approval requirements and site suitability.

Alex has taken part in the formulation of county physical and land-use plans, master plans, local physical and land-use plans, and zoning plans across several areas, including Kiambu, Murang’a, Nakuru, and Nyandarua.

At BackHome, Alex supports responsible project planning by helping clients understand land-use requirements, development potential, planning risks, and approval pathways before construction begins.

Linda is a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with approximately four years of professional experience in the construction industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi.

Her expertise includes cost planning, preparation of Bills of Quantities, tender documentation and evaluation, contract administration, valuations, cost control, and project financial management. She also brings practical project-management experience in coordinating construction activities and supporting efficient delivery.

At BackHome, Linda strengthens cost transparency and financial accountability by helping ensure that project budgets, BOQs, valuations, and expenditure remain clearly planned, monitored, and aligned with client expectations.

Moses is an accomplished architect with seven years of professional experience in the planning, design, documentation, and delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and from Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology. His experience spans the full design journey, from early concept development and schematic design to detailed construction documentation, procurement support, and construction-stage coordination.

Proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop, Moses combines creative design thinking with strong technical precision. At BackHome, he helps clients translate their vision into practical, well-documented, and buildable spaces that support confident project delivery.

Paullette is an interior designer with over three years of professional experience in interior design and construction. She holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the Nairobi Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.

Her expertise includes interior space planning, kitchen design, furniture design, material specification, client consultation, and project coordination. She has contributed to residential and commercial projects, developing practical and aesthetically refined design solutions that respond to each client’s needs.

Paullette also brings experience in custom furniture design, where she has created functional, comfortable, and contemporary pieces suited to modern living spaces. At BackHome, she helps clients achieve interiors that are thoughtful, functional, elegant, and aligned with the overall vision of the project.

Daniel is an experienced site supervisor and construction professional with over six years of practical experience in residential and commercial construction.

He brings more than four years of site-supervision experience, supporting project coordination, team leadership, safety compliance, productivity improvement, and cost-conscious execution. His ability to organise site activities, guide teams, and monitor day-to-day work helps keep projects progressing efficiently and safely.

Daniel is also a skilled mason with strong expertise in bricklaying and stone masonry. He is experienced in interpreting construction drawings, operating masonry equipment accurately, and delivering structurally sound, high-quality workmanship across different stages of construction.

Joseph is an electrical engineering professional with practical experience in electrical installations, electric fencing, CCTV installation, solar backup systems, and control-panel setup.

His work focuses on delivering reliable electrical and security infrastructure for residential, commercial, and site-based projects. He is skilled in installing, configuring, and supporting systems that improve safety, power reliability, surveillance, and operational control.
